The Blue House is another house you can purchase for your Springfield town to earn more income. This Blue House is the highest earner for a Level 7 town and can give you a decent amount of experience in exchange for a longer income collecting rate. Similar to the other houses, the Blue House cost 1,800 cash per building and is recommended for those that can go back to the game only a few times a day after work or schooling. The income time for this building is 8 hours and within that 8 hours each building can make you about 150 cash and 13 experience points. Again this Blue House is recommended for those that takes extended breaks during gameplay. You can purchase a lot of these houses then earn the income from them all at once after your break.

My blue house got re-locked and I have it in the game already… I wanted to build more blue houses… I’m on level 17 too…were u able to get it unlocked?! I can’t even add any more buildings I’m almost to level 18 n have yet to unlock any quest

You need too do tasks to get Krusty burger and the blue house. Sometimes thay ask you too buy Krispy burger like mine and the blue house will unlock soon.
